Target Projects has evolved to become a full-service provider delivering customers unrealistic expectations time and time again.

Established in 2014, Target Projects prides itself on operational excellence, which can be directly attributed to our highly competent and diverse workforce.  Everyone, from trades assistants in the field to the management team, work in close cooperation. Weekly meetings are conducted to measure production and compare results. The camaraderie that has resulted is a major determining factor in maintaining the good reputation within the building industry and property management. Every employee assumes ownership and responsibility for his or her own work, regardless of the job they perform.

Inhouse Resources

Target Projects recognises the importance of delivering on time and in full. We know that beyond each challenge lies another and another. The ability to fulfill these requirements in often constricted timeframes, can be jeopardised when relying on third party subcontractors. To mitigate these risks Target Projects has employed and developed a workforce with the necessary tools and equipment to achieve excellence.

Safety

Target Projects recognises and accepts its responsibility towards ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all its employees, subcontractors, and customers. The management will demonstrate through policy development, that health and safety receive priority attention on an ongoing basis. The physical and psychological well-being of all is our priority. We hold and maintain CM3 accreditation for our safety standards and policies.

Target Projects Quality Management System was designed and implemented based on ISO 9001:2015. All personnel at Target Projects recognise the importance of a Quality Management System, for a continuous improvement process to satisfy their customer expectations and internal management requirements.

We work closely together with our suppliers, supporting them in their efforts to improve their operational and sustainability performance. We also involve them at an early stage of the design process, to help us innovate quickly and fulfill our customers’ expectations.
